Description:

Participants will have the opportunity to observe the morning or evening groups training or rehabilitating at P22Lab. They will also get 1-on-1 time with Kostas to analyze his training system, answer questions and talk about related topics of interest.

Format:

ΜΟΝ – FRIDAY: Morning/evening training group observation (4-5 hrs/day)

ONLINE MENTORSHIP

We understand that its hard for many coaches to travel and dedicate time to professional development due to professional and life obligations.

Online Mentorship offers the opportunity to learn in a flexible and easy to follow format, through video calls, online presentations and specific topic analysis.

Each mentorship “block” lasts one week and entails five hourly video calls. The topics are decided in advance and analyzed during the sessions.
